Refund policy

At Fabumap, every piece is created just for you by a professional artist. Because of that, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail stores.

While the law does not require us to offer cancellations for personalized items, we still provide a 4-hour cancellation window as a courtesy to our customers.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because custom artwork begins moving through our internal production process shortly after purchase, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once the allowed window has passed.

Cancellation & Change Policy

1️⃣ 4-Hour Courtesy Window

  • Customers may request to cancel their order within 4 hours of purchase

2️⃣ After 4 Hours

  • Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund after the first 4 hours
  • This applies whether or not the customization form has been submitted

3️⃣ Changes to Custom Details

  • If you need to correct names, dates, locations, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will do our best to help

Returns & Refunds

Customers have 7 days after delivery to report an issue with a printed order. Please review the eligibility below to see whether your order qualifies.

If your printed product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@fabumap.com.

Return Eligibility

✅ Eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Printed items that arrive damaged
  • Printed items that arrive defective
  • Printed items that arriveincorrect

❌ Not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made items, except where the printed product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Requests made after the applicable reporting window
  • Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer, including names, dates, locations, or shipping details
  • Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Requests based on change of mind or personal preference

    We reserve the right to deny a refund, replacement, or return request if the order does not meet the conditions listed above.

    Printed Orders Damaged in Transit

    If your printed order arrives with a problem, please email us and include:

    • your order number
    • a photo of the item
    • a photo of the packaging
    • a photo of the shipping label
    • a short description of the issue

    Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

    Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@fabumap.com.

    While we cannot control carrier delays once a package is in transit, we will do our best to assist and help review the situation.

    Final Note

    All Fabumap pieces are made to order. For that reason, personalized orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where a printed item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
