How do I share my stories and photos for the map?

After your purchase, you will receive a Relationship Questionnaire via email. This includes guided prompts to share stories and photos of important milestones, special places, memorable trips, hobbies, pets, kids, and cherished memories. This ensures your map celebrates the aspects of your relationship that matter most to you.


What happens after purchase?

After purchasing, you will receive a detailed form to provide all the information needed for your map, including locations, names, people, pets, and any other details you want to include. Once completed, you will receive your map via email within 3 business days. If any changes are needed, you have 3 days to request revisions and receive the updated version. If you chose to print with us, once you approve the map via email, the order will go to print, and you will receive it at your home within 7 business days.


How long does my order take?

The digital illustration will be ready within a maximum of 3 business days after payment. If you chose to receive a framed, canvas, or printed version, shipping will be 7 business days after approving the design. Remember, the faster you approve the design, the quicker the printing process will be.


Can I include pets, kids, and people on my map? 

Absolutely! We are happy to incorporate your pets, kids, and people into your map, in addition to your chosen locations. Pets, kids, and people do not count as one location on their own.

What if the map doesn't meet my expectations?

We want you to love your map. That's why we have a policy of unlimited revisions, allowing you to make all the changes you want until you are completely satisfied.


Can I get the printed version if I'm outside the USA?

Yes, our printing facility is based in the USA, and we offer global shipping. Additionally, digital maps can be sent online to any location worldwide, allowing you to print them at your favorite local print shop.
